BUT WHAT IS THAT ? A compact stick containing a mixture of raw plants to breathe.
Very popular in Thailand, it is an accessory to keep with you in a pocket, in the handbag, in the storage compartment in your car or on your desk. It contains a mix of 12 dry unprocessed herbs (leaf, stem, bark, root & resin) packed in a small net (see Marks tab for more details).
Snif ! Achoo ! Brrr ! The pocket herbal inhaler : the companion for better breathing.
TO DO WHAT ? In short, to breathe better.
#BetterBreathing - Thanks to the decongestant, expectorant & antiseptic effect of these plants, you will appreciate this simple & natural boost for better breathing acting on the ENT pathways (ear, nose & throat) : blocked nose, congested sinuses & respiratory discomfort.
For example, some customers with polyps in the sinuses tell us about the gain in comfort that the pocket herbal inhaler provides : 2 or 3 inspirations are enough to dilate the sinuses, thus allowing air to circulate better.
# Immunity - Likewise, the pocket herbal inhaler is the natural ally of a strengthened immune system, especially during season changes or to reduce the risk of contagion (eg when in contact with people with flu).
#Convalescence - Finally, it is a companion as discreet as it is precious during a convalescence following an affection of the respiratory tract or sinuses.
HOW IT WORKS ? Dilation of the ENT sphere pathways & antiseptic active ingredients = #BetterBreathing effect
Far from being a mysterious magic blend, the pocket herbal inhaler works in two ways :
#Curative - A few minutes after inhaling the contents of the stick, you can feel its decongestant effect on respiratory tract & sinuses. At that moment, what must be evacuated ...is evacuated (by blowing your nose). We breathe better because air circulates better. Quite basic.
#Preventive - In addition, antiseptic, antibacterial & expectorant effects of the active ingredients in the plants themselves act to help the body defend itself against contagious seasonal aggressions (viruses, bacteria, parasites or fungi).
There either, no mystery to explain this second effect : the air contained in the stick is charged by active ingredients of the plants composing the mixture. When inhaled, this air reaches the nasal cavity, creating an unfavorable environment for the proliferation of viruses, bacteria & other irritants present in the air. Used as a preventive measure, our pocket herbal inhaler supports the body's defenses against many airborne diseases.
HOW TO USE IT ? Open, breathe, enjoy !
The pocket herbal inhaler is supposed to be kept closed in the pocket, in a case or in its handbag. When you want to dissipate a respiratory discomfort, a blow of stress or a a stroke of the helm, just open the stick. Then it is enough to carry out 1 to 3 inspirations by holding it a few cm from the nose, without touching the content.
As a preventive measure, take the lead before getting sick this winter : Open, breathe, enjoy !
Our pocket herbal inhaler : a handy accessory to boost your immunity in a simple & natural way.
DON'T FORGET : Keep it warm !
As the name suggests, our pocket herbal inhaler is a personal accessory that you keep in your pocket. This is not only to have it handy, but also to keep it at pocket temperature. The heat increases its effect.
So, if you forget it in your car this winter, you will have to put it in your pocket for an hour to re-enable it.

Context. Family business since 4 generation, Cher-aim provides wellness products made with Thai medicinal herbs. In Thailand, knowledge about plants & their use is shared in temples. A century ago, one of the ancestors of Cher-aim has been studying as a monk in Bangkok's Wat Pho, one of the most sacred temples, famous for its traditional medicine school. Nowadays, this influence is still being perpetuated in Cher-aim's products range.
Cher-aim. In ancient Thai, the name "Cher-aim" means fertile tree. This name takes its roots into the field of luxuriance of nature & spreading vitality.
K Tarn & his duty : transmit traditionnal knowledge about herbal uses in Thailand.
Thai traditional medicine has an approach based on energy flow across the whole body. This flows paths, disruption that may obstruct them & the way to restore them have been studied by monks & traditional healer.
Among Thai contemporary urban society, this approach still has a place. In front of disease, the purpose is to consider that the patient seeks to restore the balance by focusing on 3 ways :
- An external action (especially through massage or use of medicinal plants applied onto the body)
- An internal action (especially through the use of medicinal plants or specific diet)
- A spirituality (especially through relaxation techniques)
Those practices were mainly influenced over time by Chinese Traditional Medicine, Ayurveda, yoga & buddhism.
Inhalers, balms, oils & other Cher-aim products are straight on line with this approach. They drew their potential from this heritage of knowledge usually transmetted in Thai Buddihst temples. Nowadays, Cher-aim still has a special relationship with the Wat Pho's traditional medicine school in Bangkok.
