Using the teapot for continuous infusion

Use of the nomadic teapot for continuous infusion.

As shown in the illustration above, you can place the leaves to be infused in the bottom of the portable teapot, under the filter. This method of preparation makes it easy to prepare a hot or cold drink requiring a long infusion since the leaves remain immersed in water without interruption.

Using the teapot for a controlled infusion

But it is also possible to use the nomadic teapot to control an infusion time. To do this, start by pouring hot water into the nomadic teapot, then place the leaves to be infused in the stainless steel filter and position it in the neck of the teapot before closing it with its silver stopper.

You then have the option of letting the infusion last as long as the nomadic teapot is kept in a horizontal position, and of stopping the infusion by placing it in a vertical position. In this position, the leaves are no longer in contact with the water: the infusion is interrupted.
